HISTORY

INTENDE VOCI:
A SCHUBERTIAN INSPIRATION

Intende voci orationis meae…” Tenor Mirko Guadagnini was inspired by the first verses of Psalm 5, set to music by F. Schubert in his Oratorium, when he decided to take up the profession of choir and orchestra conductor and to combine it with that of opera singer.
In 2013 he founded INTENDE VOCI in Milan, a choral reality that has quickly doubled its activity.

INTENDE VOCI ENSEMBLE, an ensemble of Italian baroque singers and musicians, is dedicated to Renaissance and Baroque music between 16th and 18th centuries.

INTENDE VOCI CHORUS, a mixed-voice choir, is dedicated to the classical repertoire for large ensembles of the 19th and 20th centuries, alongside contemporary music and choral lieder.
